The following are the current members of the Fisher Educational Development Trust (FEDT) Board of Trustees;

Dr. Okwesilieze Nwodo:

Nwodo was elected Governor of Enugu State in January 1992 on the NRC platform during the Nigerian Third Republic. He held office until November 1993, when General Sani Abacha came to power in a military coup. He was twice elected Secretary General of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in 1999-2001. In 2007 he was awarded a national honor, Commander of the Niger, by President Shehu Yar’Adua. In 2010 he was elected National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party. 

Okechukwu Enelamah

Enelamah worked as an Audit Senior and Consultant at Arthur Anderson (now KPMG Professional Services) from 1988. He later worked in the New York and London offices of Goldman Sachs in 1993 before joining Zephyr Management as an investment manager where he rose to Principal in the Johannesburg office between 1995 and 1997. Enalamah founded African Capital Alliance (ACA), a private equity firm, in 1997 where he served as CEO until his appointment to the Industry, Trade, and Investment portfolio in November 2015 by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Chamberlain Oruwari Oyibo:

Chamberlain Oyibo was born June 15 1941 and is a former group managing director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). He was the 10th GMD of NNPC and served two years before he was retired in 1995 by the former Head of State the late General Sani Abacha in 1995. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Ibadan in 1966.  He worked with Texaco Overseas formerly known as American Overseas Petroleum Company for 10 years. He received a scholarship for a Master’s in Petroleum Geology at the University of Calgary, Canada. In 1976 he joined the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, in 1977 the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation was formed by a merger of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources and the Nigerian National Oil Corporation. He was appointed the Group Managing Director in 1993 before retiring in 1995. Chamberlain founded Prime Energy Resources, a consultancy and environment management firm.

Reginald Ihejiahi:

Reginald Ihejiahi was born in 11 April 1959 and is the immediate past Managing Director of Fidelity Bank. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria in 1979, and then obtained a Masters in Finance from the London Business School in 1981. He is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, (ACCA) of England and Wales. He worked with United Bank for Africa from 1996-2002. He was the Managing Director of Fidelity Bank from 2004 to 2014.  He has also been awarded the National Honor, Officer of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, OFR.

Onyema Nkele

Onyema Nkele obtained his Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications Management and Information technology from the Keller Institute of Technology in 1990. He worked with Andrew Corporation from 1985-1996 as the Director of Information systems. He worked with IBM from 2000-2008 before moving to Vixio Technologies where he worked from 2009 to 2016.

Uche Ihediwa

Barr. Uche Ihediwa was born 8 September 1962 and is the current appointed Attorney General for Abia State Government. He obtained his H.S.C Certificate from Federal School of Arts and Science then obtained his Law degree from the University of Lagos. He was State counsel with the Lagos State Ministry of Justice from 1987-1988 and also a Junior Counsel in Charles Asugba & Co. from 1988 to 1991. He was the Principal Partner in Uche Ihediwa & Co. from 1991 till 2017 when he was appointed the Commissioner for Youth Development Abia State. He is a 4-time commissioner in his state; and currently the new administration Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Abia State.

Callistus Nweke: Is an accomplished Chemical Engineer who rose to commanding heights in Corporate Nigeria and in the Private Sector. He is the Chairman/CEO of Chizzy Nigeria Ltd., a successful Industrial Chemical Supplies Company. He is also the Chairman of the Lagos Branch of Government College Umuahia Old Boys’ Association.

Emeka Ifezulike:  Is a Chartered Accountant and Managing Partner of KCBC, a Chartered Accounting Firm. As a Forensic Accountant, he was one of the first Commissioners of Nigeria’s anti – corruption agency Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at inception. He is the Vice Chairman of Fisher Trust
