Governance

The Board of Trustees operates at the apex of the GCU governance pyramid and determines policy. The Board comprises of ten members. Eight of these members are accomplished and distinguished alumni of the school while the remaining two are representatives of the Abia state government. The members of the Trust are as follows:

The secretariat handles the day to day operations of the Trust and is led by the Secretary of the Board, Mr. Chuma Onwudiwe. He is an administrator, former Editor-in-Chief, Writer, Documentarist and Veteran Film maker. He is also an alumnus of Government College, Umuahia.

The registered office of the secretariat is Capital Alliance Nigeria Limited, 8th Floor, C&C Towers, Plot 1684 Sanusi Fafunwa Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Restoration Ambassador is Dr. Eugene C.Ibe, a Harvard and MIT trained Engineer.
